AnswerBook AI
Privacy policy
What happens after you send an inquiry, which services may receive it, and how to contact AnswerBook AI about your information.
Effective October 18, 2026. This policy covers AnswerBook AI’s public website at answerbook.ai and inquiries sent through it. Client workspaces and data processed for a business client may be subject to a separate service agreement.
Information you provide
The contact form collects your first and last name, U.S. phone number, email address, and the context you enter. It records the page address and your SMS consent choice with the inquiry. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, Social Security numbers, health information, or other confidential records in this form.
How we use an inquiry
We use inquiry details to respond, discuss a proposed service, arrange appointments, and keep a record of the conversation. The contact system stores the request and may send an internal notification and a confirmation email. A form submission does not enroll you in promotional text messages.
Services involved in processing
Cloudflare hosts the website and routes form requests. The contact system uses Supabase for storage and Google’s Gmail service for email when configured. Following a Calendly link takes you to its booking service. Phone or messaging services may involve Twilio when configured. These providers process information needed for their role under their own terms and our applicable arrangements.
We do not sell public inquiry information or share it with third parties for their own marketing. Mobile opt-in information and SMS consent are not sold or shared for third-party marketing. Service providers may process those records only to support our communications and related operations. Information may be disclosed where legally required or to address fraud, misuse, or security incidents.
Text-message choices
The optional checkbox permits AnswerBook AI to send texts about your inquiry and appointments, including automated messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help; you can contact info@answerbook.ai or (888) 633-9541 for assistance. We retain the choice and consent wording with the inquiry. Any future promotional program requires its own appropriate consent.
Calls and recordings
A configured phone service may use an AI receptionist and may record or transcribe calls for handling requests and reviewing service. Recording and transcription require the appropriate notice and consent during the call. Submitting a website form does not give permission to record a later call. Ask about an alternative contact method if you do not want to participate in a recorded conversation.
Technical information and external services
Hosting and service providers may process technical request information, such as an IP address and browser details, to deliver and protect their services. This site requests its font stylesheet from Google Fonts. External booking links and the separate client portal have their own settings and notices. This public site does not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts in its current implementation.
Retention and your requests
Inquiry records are kept for responding to requests, providing agreed services, and meeting applicable recordkeeping or dispute requirements. Retention varies with the record and purpose. You can ask about access, correction, or deletion by emailing info@answerbook.ai. We may need to verify your identity, and some records may need to be retained where required or permitted by law. Rights and exceptions vary by location.
Security and updates
Access to contact data is intended for authorized operational use. No online transmission or storage method can promise absolute security. This site is intended for business inquiries, not for children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information. Policy revisions will appear here with an updated effective date.
