A website inquiry starts a conversation. Service scope, pricing, and responsibilities are agreed separately before work begins.
Effective October 18, 2026. These terms cover use of answerbook.ai, its public resources, and its inquiry form. Questions can be sent to info@answerbook.ai or raised by phone at (888) 633-9541.
Using the website
You may use this site to evaluate AnswerBook AI and send a genuine business inquiry. Do not submit unlawful material, impersonate another person, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the website or its services. Provide contact details you are authorized to use.
Proposals and service agreements
Sending an inquiry or booking an introductory meeting does not purchase a service or create a service contract. Listed prices are starting points. A separate proposal or agreement defines the work, setup charges, recurring fees, third-party subscriptions, usage charges, support, cancellation, and ownership or access arrangements. That agreement governs the purchased services if it differs from these website terms.
Information and examples
Articles provide general operational information and do not replace legal, insurance, financial, medical, or other professional advice. Interface illustrations use example activity and figures. Showcase quotes labeled as examples are draft copy, not customer statements or evidence of results. No lead count, revenue, booking rate, or other business outcome is guaranteed.
Calls and automated services
Configured phone services may use an AI receptionist. AI responses can be incomplete or incorrect; confirm commitments with the responsible person. Recording or transcription requires appropriate notice and consent during the call. A website form submission does not authorize recording of a future call. These services are not emergency services; contact the appropriate emergency service when needed.
Optional text messages
If you select the SMS checkbox, you consent to texts from AnswerBook AI about your inquiry and appointments, including automated messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not required to buy a service or submit an inquiry. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Assistance is available at info@answerbook.ai or (888) 633-9541. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on the network and service configuration. This consent does not enroll you in unrelated promotional messages.
Third-party tools and links
External websites, calendar services, and other connected tools have their own terms and privacy practices. Compatibility depends on the agreed setup and the provider’s availability. A brand name or website link does not establish a formal partnership or endorsement.
Site content and availability
AnswerBook AI and its licensors retain their rights in website content and branding. You may link to public pages and refer to the resources for internal evaluation. Other brands retain their respective rights. Do not present another party’s content or branding as your own.
We work to keep the public information accurate but do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free content. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website’s general information is provided without warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
Privacy and changes
Our privacy policy describes how public inquiries and communication choices are handled. We may update website content and these terms; the current version will be posted here with its effective date. Changes to a purchased service are governed by that service’s agreement.
